What to measure after
Track reorder rate specifically among customers who received the new sequence against a baseline of customers who purchased before it existed, measured in the window around each customer's actual expected reorder date — not a flat calendar window that ignores when they individually ran out. Also watch which of the three emails drives the actual click-to-reorder, since that tells you whether the day-24 heads-up or the day-30 direct prompt is doing the real work, and whether the day-38 nudge is worth keeping at all.
